Dr. Ahmad Karimi is an advanced restorative and implant specialist dedicated to changing lives through elite clinical engineering and empathetic, patient-centered care. He combines an artist's eye for aesthetics with deep, master-level understanding of dental materials to engineer smiles built to last a lifetime.
Dr. Karimi is a graduate of the prestigious Kois Center — an advanced post-doctoral curriculum completed by less than 3% of practicing dentists worldwide. This training gives him an advanced understanding of occlusion, biomechanics, and dental materials that surpasses 97% of clinicians. For implant patients, this means implants designed to function optimally within your entire mouth — not just placed in isolation.
Dr. Karimi completed his undergraduate studies at UC Irvine (UCI), earned a Master of Science (MS) from USC, and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Roseman University in Salt Lake City.
With over 10 years of intensive focus on implantology, oral conscious sedation, complex wisdom teeth extractions, and emergency dentistry, Dr. Karimi has placed over 1,000 dental implants with a 99% success rate. He is Mastership-eligible through the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) — a distinction reserved for clinicians who demonstrate exceptional skill and experience in implant dentistry.
Dr. Karimi operates in a fully equipped in-office surgery center with advanced intraoral scanners, 3D CBCT imaging, and digital smile design technology. He works with a board-certified anesthesiologist on staff for general anesthesia cases — all in the same office, so you never have to travel for care.
Dr. Karimi has been providing safe, comfortable oral conscious sedation for over a decade. For patients with severe dental anxiety or complex surgical needs, general anesthesia is available with a board-certified anesthesiologist — all in one location.
Dr. Karimi is a proud supporter of Pathways to Independence, a local organization helping women from disadvantaged backgrounds. Since 2020, he has donated comprehensive, life-changing dental care to numerous young women.
When he's not transforming smiles, Dr. Karimi is an avid weightlifter, musician, and photographer who loves spending time with his wife.
